We use both Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery along with Initial
CityLink for the bulk of our deliveries but do sub contract other firms
for our local drops. (Apply to UK mainland only). The cost of delivery
is based on the service required, weight and value of the package. Each
individual item delivery charge can be seen clearly at the checkout stage.

Saturday am deliveries.
If your goods develop a fault within the warranty period of 12 months,
you can return the product. To do so you must gain an RMA number via email
from us. Goods qualifying for return must NOT have developed the fault
as a result of an accident, misuse, modification and must have the serial
number and security labels / stickers wholly intact. Please also ensure
the goods are responsibly packaged with the RMA number on the outside
and have the original boxes, goods, manuals, discs, any other content
and have postage paid, otherwise the goods will not be accepted. The return
must include a copy of the original invoice and an outline of the fault
and symptoms. We do not accept returns for software unless it is faulty.
